Emmy-award winning garden-writer, writer of publications including Rub Welsh’s Southern California Gardening: A Month-by-Month Guide, TV entertainer, as well as professional artist, Pat Welsh was born in England, took up gardening at the age of three, as well as has had her hands in the soil since.
Welsh’s professional horticultural career started in the mid-1970’s training training courses in home horticulture at UCSD Expansion as well as Miracosta College. She’s written numerous posts and columns and hosted over 500 tv sections and video clips.
